DR. REYNALDO A. CARPIO, Civil Engineer, MBA, Ph.D., began his entrepreneurship as Contractor on October 20, 1987. It was in 2006 when he received his Doctorate Degree major in Management Philosophy from the International Academy of Management and Economics (IAME), and  attended master in strategic business at the University of Asia and the Pacific to further hone his craft, as amanifestation of his solid commitment to improve and enhance his competence, aside from holding  major positions as officer of various nationalcivic and professional organizations. His youthful dedication, responsiveness, foresight and determination brought forth to what is now the two (2) decades of vast experience gained as Contractor and Developer.
