Euro Towers International, Inc. prides itself as a property development company focused on creating high quality residential projects. After its incorporation on August 6th, 2010 as Euro Towers Inc., the company was amended to reflect its current name on October 27th, 2010. It has always been backed up by strong management and competitive technical and marketing teams that have experience in the hotel, construction and real estate industries.

Its first project is Vivaldi Residences Cubao, a European-inspired enclave in Metro Manila. With its second project Vivaldi Residences Davao, a high rise practical condominium choice in the heart of Davao City. And a third venture is planned to be the colorful and charming Milan Residenze Fairview in Quezon City.

Among the top caliber executives behind the growing success of ETII are the following Board of Directors:

Mr. Jesse G. Clamor – Director of Finance and Admin, is a veteran of the Banking and Finance industries with a Masters Degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management. A seasoned man of numbers, he has vast experience for 15 years in Banking and Finance and another 15 years in Real Estate Development and Investment. He also has a training education in Mathematics, Sciences, Education and Business.

Mr. Roy L. Estanislao – Director of Construction and Development Group, a licensed Engineer from the University of Santo Tomas. He has extensive professional experience in high-rise building management and construction for more than 25 years.

Mr. Ignacio B. Gimenez – Chairman of the Board, earned his Masters Degree from the Asian Institute of Management and is an awardee of the AIM Triple-A award for 2014. He was the former President and Chairman of the Manila Stock Exchange and is currently the President and/or Chairman of ICAP- Investment Company Association of the Philippines, I.B. Gimenez Securities, PhilEquity Mutual Fund, Drug Check Philippines and Buy & Sell Publishing. Aside from being a Director of Vantage Equities and Yehey Corporation, he is also a Major Stockholder and Director of the Sogo and Eurotel Hotel Chains.

Mr. Roberto Olanday - Managing Director, an Entrepreneur and Engineer with a Masters Degree from the Asian Institute of Management, where he graduated with honors. Aside from being a Major Stockholder and Director of the Sogo and Eurotel Hotel Chains, he also owns New City Builders, a 33 year old “AAA” Contractor with vast experience in high-rise building construction. His other companies are engaged in Commercial Malls, Publishing, Restaurants, Security and Property Investments and Management.

Mr. William M. Go – Board Member, is a licensed Chemical Engineer with 26 years experience in the Hotel Industry, and is a Stockholder and Managing Director of the Eurotel Chain of Hotels. He earned his Masters in Entrepreneurship degree from the Asian Institute of Management with a Superior Performance Award, He is a certified Philippine Quality Awards Assessor (counterpart of the Malcolm Baldridge Award of the U.S.A.) and a regular quality speaker for the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry.

Mr. Edmundo G. Las – Board Member, is a Professional Manager, the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Hotel Sogo Chain, and a stockholder/director of the Eurotel Hotel Chain. A previous Banker, he has accumulated 40 years experience in the Hotel and Lodging Industry, and is acknowledged to be the “father” of the "walk-in” lodging concept.
