It is part of the Trans-Phil Group in business for over 40 yrs (since 1973) with P700 Million in Total Assets. Our company itself was established in 1975 as a general construction company. It caught the boom years in overseas construction, particularly in the Middle East, partnering abroad with big German contractors.
When the boom years in overseas construction petered out in the early 1990s, Trans-Phil returned home to the Philippines. With its valuable experience gained abroad it has since concentrated in building quality residential townhouses and commercial buildings in Metro-Manila.
