Progress is being made on Grand Land’s two award-winning projects in Davao with the developer excited about the potential of the region. Work on all four towers at the Amani Grand Citygate Davao is expected to be finished by the end of 2024 while building should commence on The Piazza at The Grand Citygate shortly.
Both are part of the developer’s Grand Citygate mixed-use development in Milan Buhangin. According to Grand Land Inc. President Ryan Bernard Go, the first tower at Amani Grand Citygate Davao has already been completed with the remaining three on schedule.
“We already delivered the first building of Amani Citygate. We hope to deliver two by early next year and probably the last building by the end of next year,” Go was quoted as saying in SunStar.
Meanwhile, The Piazza at The Grand Citygate is still pre-selling with the developer reporting strong take-up. Approximately 95 percent of the units in the first tower and 70 percent for the second and third towers have been sold. Work on the development will begin as soon as the building permit is released.

At the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2022, the project was named Best Mid Range Condo Development and Best Investment Property Davao. Those would not be the only honors for The Piazza at The Grand Citygate Davao as it won Best Lifestyle Condominium Development at the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2022.
Grand Land is optimistic about the Davao real estate market overall. The developer also has plans to launch a massive mixed-use project near Davao International Airport once The Piazza at The Grand Citygate is close to selling out.
“We’re very hopeful for the coming 2023. I think Covid is gone so we’re happy that we survived the pandemic. Grand Land will continue to develop new projects around Cebu and Davao, and hopefully soon in Bacolod,” Go concluded.
