Vista Residences will be busy during the next four months after the developer revealed that it intends to launch seven new condominiums before the year ends. Projects will be located in Metro Manila, Baguio and Bacolod as it looks to provide home buyers with high-quality housing throughout the Philippines.
Among the new launches is Vista Shaw Tower 2, a modern condo project in Mandaluyong. The location is close to the Ortigas, Makati, and Taguig business districts while providing easy access to major transportation hubs. The first Vista Shaw development has proven to be popular with buyers who appreciate the standard of living available. Vista Shaw Tower 2 appears set to take that one-step further.
Vista Residences will also launch a follow up to its popular Sky Arts Manila project. Sky Arts Manila Tower 2 will look to build on the success of its predecessor by offering outstanding amenities in a convenient location. The condominium is close to Robinsons Place Manila and University of the Philippines – Manila.
Additionally, Vista Residences is preparing to launch new projects in both Baguio City and Bacolod in the coming months. However, details on these have not yet been announced by the developer.
Vista Residences inspires with the launch of Metro Manila’s first-ever Japanese-inspired condominium
Last year saw Vista Residences team up with respected Japanese real estate developer Mitsubishi Estate (MEC) to launch the first-ever Japanese-inspired condo project in Metro Manila. The joint venture development will have more than 1,000 units and feature designs commonly found in Japan.
“Vista Land is excited to present our very first Japanese-inspired condominium property in Manila in collaboration with our joint venture partner MEC that will cater to university students and young professionals who want an upgraded lifestyle. We want our homebuyers to be able to balance their purpose and passion while enjoying the convenience of city living,” Vista Land President and Chief Executive Officer Manuel Paolo Villar explained to the Business Mirror.
The 42-storey condo is located in the Taft area of Metro Manila, a place Vista Land is very familiar with. It has developed the nearby Vista Taft along with several other transit-oriented properties close to university clusters and central business districts.
