Vista Residences became the latest Philippine developer to enter the Cebu market after announcing plans for a mixed-use project. The 29-story tower will feature condominiums along with a mall and hotel.
Suarez Residences Cebu is the homebuilder’s first development in Cebu and is part of the firm’s decision to expand beyond Metro Manila. Despite it being Vista Residences entrance into the market, no expense has been spared to create something truly memorable.
It starts with the project’s unique L-shape design which allows for the residential and hospitality components to have stunning views while ensuring both guests and those living here have easy access to retail and commercial spaces.
Six floors at Suarez Residences Cebu will be dedicated to the hotel while the residential area covers the 11th to 28th floors. Plans call for separate lobbies and amenities to allow for the greatest amount of privacy.
Looking at the condominium, studio, one- and two-bedroom units are available with each one providing dynamic views of Cebu. A significant amount of work went into the design of the project to maximize space and ensure an outstanding living experience.
Suarez Residences Cebu is located along Gorordo Avenue near the center of Cebu City. Several key locations, including Cebu Business Park, can be found close by which makes it a great place for young professionals, families or students who value both quality and convenience.
Cebu said to have a bright real estate outlook in the coming years
The Accredited Real Estate Salespersons in the Philippines (ACRES Philippines) believes the future of the Cebu real estate market is bright due to a number of positive factors working in the region’s favor. Unlike other areas of the Philippines, the Cebu property sector avoided a major slump which is why many experts are bullish on its outlook.
“Personally, I would like to say that we are up for better times ahead because we are seeing a recovery already. The recovery has already started sometime in 2021 and I am very, very happy to say that despite what has happened from 2020, the growth of the real estate did not really get into the dumps, we did not have any nose dive or anything,” Chris Malazarte, ACRES-Cebu South President, was quoted as saying by the Manila Bulletin.
