Make sure that the new tenant is truly reliable
Your landlord gave you trust when it comes to choosing the right new tenant. You have to make sure that the new tenant will be reliable in terms of paying the rent early, taking care of the property, and behaving properly. Find someone that has a stable job, someone that has all the right character.
The option of subletting
Subletting is when your name is still on the lease agreement but someone else is renting and paying for the property. You can use this if there’s a certain clause in your agreement that says you can’t really move out of the house until the date when lease ends arrives.
