What is claimed to be the first condominium in the Philippines to boast one unit per floor has already sold half of its 12 units.
The development in San Juan City, ironically called the Twelve Luxury Flats (pictured), is being created by Artesan Prime Properties between J Abad Santos and P Guevarra Streets in the city.
It has been designed by the internationally acclaimed architectural firm WTA Design Studio. The concept of a one-floor one, one-unit unit design has never been seen in the Philippines to date. Each unit occupies around 300 sqm of luxury living space that revolves around a living and dining suite, bounded by full-height floor-to-ceiling windows. Each unit also has 360-degree views of San Juan City.
Already topped-off the project aims to hand units to its owners early in 2017.
Speaking to local media Winnie Ti, the Chief Operations Officer of Artesan Prime Properties, said that most buyers belong to affluent Fil-Chi families who have long been residing in the Greenhills area.
The developer has signed an exclusive deal with Realty Emporium, the brokerage arm of Philippine Realty TV, and is offering a 15 percent discount for spot-cash payments for all the six remaining units of Twelve Luxury Flats.
