Basketball superstar Stephen Curry scored new heights as he bought a massive and gorgeous estate in Bay Area in Alamo, California. He bought the gigantic property for only $5,775,000!
The 10,290-square-foot has five bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. All of which has tangy taste of warm colors.
The property also has a six car garage, pavilion, library and a fountain. Add to that is the gorgeous swimming pool where Curry and his whole family can bond during the weekends.
His kids Riley and Ryan will love playing at the property’s own playground. It also comes with a playroom complete with a billiard set.
But how did Curry managed to buy the massive property at such a low price? Experts says that it’s because Curry knows the art of the waiting game. The property was first listed last October for $8.7 million. Curry waited until the market allows him to buy the property for a lower price. This is not the first time that the Golden State Warriors star flexed his genius at the real estate market. Last year, he bought a gorgeous home in Walnut Creek, CA for only $3.2 million. He also managed to sell his home in Orinda, California, for $4.5 million – a $755,000 higher than the first asking price.
Is Steph Curry a real estate genius or what? Whatever that he’s doing is great since according to studies 65% of NBA players go broke because of poor investment choices. With his decisions, Curry proves that he’s the creme of the crop and that he can put his money on the right path.
Stephen Curry is the point guard for the Golden State Warriors. He made his debut in October of 2009. He’s married to Ayesha Alexander.
