DMCI Homes has opened its Viera Residences’ model unit at Thompson’s Square in Quezon City.
According to the developer, Quezon City is one of the few central business districts in the Philippines that continue to brim with energy and activity. The model unit, which is located at the second floor of Viera Residences’ office in Thompson’s Square, is a spacious two-bedroom unit that features shades of light green, beige and gray with a blend use of elegant wood and ceramic furnishings for a balance of homey, modern, and chic details to immediately give the impression of an inviting home with a cosy ambiance.
Viera Residences will offer spacious one- and two-bedroom units that will come at larger-than-the-usual cuts, with 27.5 sqm to 45 sqm for the one-bedroom units and from 48 sqm to 81 sqm for the two-bedroom units.
Despite having all the makings of a high-class condominium, Viera Residences still comes at an affordable price according to the developer.
