PrimaryHomes recently reached a significant milestone on its Royal Oceancrest Mactan project. The award-winning homebuilder broke ground on the development’s fourth and final tower which will host finished condo units along with commercial spaces.

According to the developer, the initial three towers at Royal Oceancrest Mactan are close to selling out. The project is located in Lapu-lapu City on Mactan Island, an area that is growing in popularity. Buyers, and in particular first-time homebuyers, have gravitated towards the development.

“Now that we are recovering as a community, we look forward to continue to contribute to the growth and vibrancy of Lapu-lapu City through Royal Oceancrest Mactan,” said Ramero Espina, Vice President for Sales and Marketing at PrimaryHomes. “The younger generation is becoming more financial literate. The market’s priorities have shifted due to the crisis, and we’ve seen an increase of first-time real-estate investors more specifically for our Royal Oceancrest Mactan project.”

Not only does PrimaryHomes aim to design homes that resonate with modern homebuyers but it also strives to simplify the process. The developer provides clients with a complete experience that makes life easy for them.

“We want to be a partner to our clients. Buying a home isn’t always easy and that’s why we are here to help them in any way we can. Not only do we provide them with a quality home, but we are there with property management and aftersales service. Home buying is a partnership with PrimaryHomes,” Espina told Dot Property Group.

Royal Oceancrest Mactan is scheduled to be completed in 2024. The four mid-rise towers will contain 952 units in total. Roughly 60 percent of the project has been set aside for open areas hosting gardens, a bamboo tunnel, yoga pocket spaces and other nature features.
