Ayala Land Premier has launched its latest luxury property in Bonifacio Global City (BGC).
West Gallery Place, is a 49-storey residential building offering limited edition units similar to its sibling tower East Gallery Place. Both towers are situated in BGC’s High Street South Block – an on-trend district of offices, restaurants, boutiques, and landscaped spaces.

Featuring the return of its innovative townhouse living within a residential building, West Gallery Place will have two units of the four-level Villa. These four-level Villas come with their own private elevator, wrap-around balconies on all levels, pool, and a large outdoor deck.
For those who prefer only two levels of living space, six units of the two-level Villas will be available. These Villas will be 259-291 sqm in size, with three-bedrooms and balcony sizes of up to 26 sqm.
Skycove units, of which there are only nine bi-level units with a private deck, are even more expansive at 259-334 sqm in size with views extending to either the eastern or western horizons of the metro.
Finally are the three-bedroom Skyrise units located on the 47th and 48th floors, which have a four-metre-high ceiling in the living and dining areas that offer sweeping views of the BGC skyline.
A special Skyrise 49, at the top level of the premium address, features a pool, covered terrace, an outdoor deck and a great hall with a junior master bedroom. It is the sole residence on that floor.
West Gallery Place provides unobstructed views of the Terra 28th park from the West, while its southern and eastern sides present views of Gallery Park – the park separating East and West Gallery Place – at the lower floors.
To take advantage of these views, the Courtyard units were introduced. Courtyard units are a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations from the seond to the sixth level.
The three-bedroom units, also known as the Park View Suites, are larger than usual with unit sizes ranging from 213-277 sqm with balconies.

Unit prices start at P13million for a one-bedroom classic and goes up to P234 million for the Skyrise 49.
West Gallery Place will be completed by the third quarter of 2021.
