Ayala Land Premier has recently launched West Gallery Place, a 49-storey luxury condominium development.
Set to rise in the Bonifacio Global City district of Makati, the development (pictured) will be a short walk from the city’s premier retail and entertainment hub, mall, hospitals and schools
The project will boast 420-units comprising one-, two-, three-bedroom units and four-level villa units ranging in size from 52 sqm to 710 sqm.
The average selling price across all units will be PHP 234,000 per sqm.
Various media reports have suggested the 832 sqm penthouse unit, called Skyrise 49, was sold for around the PHP 234 million price mark.
Units on the lower floors are scheduled for completion and handover in Q3 of 2021 while units from the 38th to 49th floors and the four-level villas are scheduled for 1Q 2022.
Elsewhere, developer Megaworld Corporation has announced its newest residential project located along Senator Gil Puyat Avenue in Makati City will be called called San Antonio Residence.
It is set to be a 40-storey residenttial tower and is expected to offer 848 units ranging from 25 sqm upwards to 93 sqm.
Completion is expected before the end of 2020
