NorthPine Land wins as Best Developer in South Luzon at the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2018. The title highlights the trusted property developer’s innovation and track record of success in the South specifically in Greenwoods Village, an expansive lifestyle development covering more than 80 hectares, celebrated.
“We started Greenwoods Village in 1998 and it really made a mark. For over 20 years, it has continued to evolve and grow as a community full of possibilities,” said Ferdinand M. Macabanti, NorthPine Land General Manager.
“We have been conscious to develop projects that are in tune with the changing times. From layouts to amenities, we’ve strived to create communities in South Luzon that met the needs of those living in the area,” Macabanti further added.
The developer has learned a lot over the years, but one thing hasn’t changed. It has remained steadfast in its commitment to the core values that define NorthPine Land.
“Quality is a value intrinsic to us. It is engrained in our culture and something we would never compromise,” Macabanti stated. “The challenge is offering the best quality while ensuring affordability. We’ve found a number of ways to do this over the years including investing in research and development, leveraging innovative materials for new products and always looking to maintain costs.”
He added, “Our goal is to develop lifestyle communities more than residential developments. Our projects aren’t typical in this regard. People want to see more than a residence. They want a happy community and this is something we’ve worked hard to create. This vision has translated into really beautiful projects.”
Dot Property Philippines Country Manager Tanya Peralta-Yu and Dot Property Editor-in-Chief Cheyenne Hollis presented NorthPine Land with its award for Best Developer South Luzon during a recent visit to the company’s headquarters in Ortigas, Pasig City.
“It’s really an honour to be named Best Developer South Luzon. We see it as a validation of what NorthPine Land has accomplished in the region. Everyone here is really proud,” Macabanti proclaimed.
