DiCaprio is selling the gorgeous Studio City home for a whopping $2.39 million. But do not worry. The Oscar winning actor still has tons of properties to boast like his mansion in Hollywood Hills, Palm Springs, and New York City.
The Studio City home that DiCaprio is selling is a 3,407-square-foot mid-century modern classic. It has tasteful simplicity seen at its homey exterior.
It was built in 1937 with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. In the listing, it was described as “vintage California ranch” and it can be seen at the openness and lightness of the property.
The living room, dining room, and kitchen have bamboo gauge flooring. Multi-planed glass doors separate each rooms.
French doors lead to the glorious backyard. The patio has comfortable seats and in front of it is the house’s stunning swimming pool.
