Hollywood actor and singer Jeff Bridges reportedly reduced the asking price of his 19.5 acres vineyard. The actor and his wife decided to reduce the price from $29.5 million dollars to $23.5 million, which is 20% off from the original price.
Built in 1988, the vineyard popularly known as Vila Santa Lucia has an impressive driveway, a crystal clear stream, and six-bedroom house. Aside from the Tuscan inspired home, the vineyard also has 1,800-square-foot guesthouse and a separate theater and recording studio.
The stunning property also includes a library, hiking trails, fruit orchards, and its very own footbridge.
Bridges has starred in award-winning movies like True Grit, and the The Big Lebowski. He has won an Oscar for his role in the 2010 movie, Crazy Heart. He also recorded three studio albums as an acclaimed musician.
