Despite a growing number of tourist arrivals, Cebu currently has a shortage of branded hotels. Grand Land is hoping to fix this problem and its The Grand Tower development, which is being managed by Dusit International’s Dusit Princess brand, is one of the region’s most exciting hospitality projects. With a strong brand and great amenities, it should come as no surprise to find out it was named as Best Hotel Development Cebu at The Dot Property Philippines Awards 2017.
Grand Land Vice President, Khristina Pestaño, accepted the firm’s award from Dot Property Philippines Senior Business Development Manager Aprilynn Pascual and Dot Property Magazine Editor in Chief Cheyenne Hollis. She also explained what it meant for the firm to win the award.
“We were speechless when we found out that we won the Best Hotel Development Cebu award,” Pestaño recalls. “We’ve been working so hard and this validates our efforts as well as our investors’ decision. Even though we are a relatively young company, one of the youngest, this award shows we are doing something right.”
