Once Upon A Time star Ginnifer Goodwin lists her Whitley Heights home for an asking price of $1,499,000. Goodwin purchased the incredible property in 2008, way before she starred in the hit ABC show and met her husband Josh Dallas.
Interestingly, the celebrated mansion has a long list of celebrity owners. Before Goodwin owned the property, Freaks and Geeks star Busy Philipps use to live there. Before Philipps, The OC lead star Rachel Bilson bought the property from Charmed actress Rose McGowan for only $1.235 million.
