The Dot Property Philippines Awards enters its third year, but 2019 promises to be truly historic. That’s because the award series will host its very first presentation ceremony in Makati to celebrate this year’s class of winners. Circle October 3 on the calendar as The Peninsula Manila welcomes the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2019.
Some of the biggest real estate developers in the country have won Dot Property Philippines Awards with Robinsons Land Corporation, Alveo Land, DMCI Homes and Grand Land just a few of the homebuilders to be honored in the past.

This year will see a number of new awards introduced, including the very first People’s Choice Award for “Project of the Year”. This award will be voted on exclusively by the public who will choose their favorite development in the Philippines. Also new for 2019 is the Box Brownie Special Recognition Award for Online Marketing was awarded.
