Technology plays an important part in daily life and this is something not lost on Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes. The homebuilder announced a series of technological upgrades at its Verdon Parc condominium in Davao City to help better serve the needs of residents.
Among the planned upgrades are the launching of Wi-Fi in common areas; facial recognition and thermal scanners; and improvements to the DMCI Communities App that make it easier for residents to access services. According to Dennis Yap, DMCI Homes Vice President for Project Development, the improvements are part of a plan to raise the resort-living experience found at Verdon Parc.
“Along with the implementation of stringent protocols on safety and sanitation, we strive to give our returning residents a safe, convenient, and hotel-like lifestyle at Verdon Parc with all these enhanced features,” Yap explained in a statement.
Verdon Parc brings something new to Davao City
Verdon Parc is the first project in Davao City from DMCI Homes. The firm wanted to create a project that appealed to Davao’s hard-working professionals and families who help drive the region’s economy. In order to do that, an emphasis was placed on creating a resort-style development that offered high-quality amenities and modern conveniences.
Nearly a third of the entire development is devoted to fun and relaxation facilities. There is a long list of amenities available at Verdon Parc designed to satisfy every whim. Residents can workout at the fitness facilities and swimming pools; chill out in entertainment and game rooms; or enjoy the play areas and leisure zones.
In addition to the technology upgrades, the towers at Verdon Parc feature DMCI Homes’ proprietary Lumiventt design, three-story high sky patios that promote natural lighting and ventilation.
“We developed Verdon Parc in line with our values. It offers superior quality and value. The reception of the project has been amazing with buyer surprised with how generous it is with large units and amenities,” Jan Venturanza, AVP for Marketing at DMCI Homes, told Dot Property. “The development also offers resort-style living, which is something we provide at all of our projects. We feel that this is best suited to the climate and lifestyle of the Philippines and helps differentiate us from our competitors.”
