The Vietnam People’s Choice Award for Project of the Year 2021 is one of the few honors to be voted on by the public which makes it unique. There were 27 projects that made the list of finalists in 2021.
Online voting took place in November with the votes tallied shortly before the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2021 Presentation Day ceremonies in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The Vietnam People’s Choice Award for Project of the Year 2021 was won by Diamond Crown Hai Phong from developer DOJI Land. The beautiful mixed-use development is one of Vietnam’s most well-designed projects with this visual splendor catching the eye of the public.
