Demand for luxury residences in the Philippines has remained steady during the past 14 months. Developer Filigree focused on making sure its new project launches in 2021 catered to this segment.
The homebuilder is preparing to launch the second tower at Botanika Nature Residences. The project’s first phase was well received by the public due to its smart and innovative home designs that cater to the “New Normal”.
Filigree also announced that it will launch a two-tower condominium located along Parkway Avenue in Filinvest City. According to the developer, the project will boast a very special facade in an attempt to create a landmark that complements the surroundings. This location was chosen after a nearby project, Bristol at Parkway Place, saw brisk sales.

Upscale housing projects are also recording strong interest with the developer’s first exclusive village project, The Enclave Alabang, selling out last year. Renowned designers H1 Architecture and Budji+Royal Architecture+Design oversaw the development’s design.
Filigree is active outside of Metro Manila as well with Golf Ridge Private Estate being among its most notable developments beyond the NCR. Located in Clark City, the luxurious condominium is situated along the Mimosa Golf Course. Residents here can enjoy picturesque views of the green surroundings as each residence has its own balcony.
