Under the Proclamation No. 1105, s. 2015, March 24 (Maundy Thursday) and March 25 (Good Friday) are celebrated as holidays in the Philippines. This is the time when you can take a break and enjoy a long weekend doing whatever you want to do. But let’s face it. You really want to organise a Holy Week when you can finally feel free to spend some days doing something different. Something you have been waiting for the whole year. Something that you can’t do while you are working. Dear friends: this time has come, and it’s now!

But there si something very important that you can’t ignore once you have made a list of the activities you would like to undertake during this holy week. You must have a place to stay in. That’s a must. The only option left, if you don’t want to spend your days in a hotel (and in this very moment everything is gonna be fully booked), is renting a room or a whole house. And that is not a bad idea. But there are a few factors you must consider when renting a property during this weekend:

  • Distance: For accessibility, choose a rental property that is near to all the sights that you want to see.
  • Security: Check if the place has an available security guard or CCTV cameras.
  • Cleanliness: If the rental property is dirty and disorganized, you might want to stay somewhere else. A dirty environment may affect your health.
  • Budget: Of course, choose a rental property that fits the budget.

Now, if you have decided to rent a property taking into consideration that you only have two days till Holy Week arrives, we want to offer you a few activities that may interest you during these days. So get paper and pen!
