Laguna Technopark Inc (LTI), a partnership between Ayala Land Inc (ALI) and Mitsubishi Corp (MC), has celebrated its 25th anniversary.
LTI has been instrumental in transforming parts of Santa Rosa and Biñan from sugarcane fields to progressive urban centeres, anchored on the activities of its 239 locator-companies.
With the recent introduction of Cavite Technopark in Naic, and the continuing increase of its portfolio of Standard Factory Buildings, LTI is expected to continue to be a catalyst for growth for at least the next 25 years.
