This 1200sq.m. inherited lot from my deceased parents. see image 14 has 5 rectangles with different color, representing lot area with 200 sq.m each sibling except the color yellow with 400 sq.m.

Other lot available for rent are red, blue and green which is 600sq.m. total and surrounded by concrete fence for Php 70,000/mo or Php 50,000 for 400sq.m (red & blue). this lot will be for sale as soon as the title transferred to us. Other lot (color yellow & purple) are not available for rent, which is occupied.

This lot has metal structure with high roofing to cover about 300sq.m. area. (my lot which is color red & blue for my brother) and use to be a banquet hall. The left side of the roof has damaged due to typhoon.
Also, there’s bungalow house with 2 bedrooms in color green for my sister.
