Blue Moon Cafe Guesthouse near Puerto Princesa City

Blue Moon Cafe Guesthouse is located in a small village of Maranat 3. We are right beside the paved road and right beside a river with a waterfall. It's very beautiful with Nagtabon Beach only 5 minutes away. It's 35 minutes from the airport. We are a family business and live on the property. We have been listed on Booking.com for 4 years and have been very successful. We want to retire now.

There is a well and 2000 liter tank with auto fill system. There are 11 buildings on the property with parking for 4 cars and covered area for 10 motorcycles. The property in fenced and a steel gate can be locked. We have lots of plants and trees, banana, papaya, cashew. There is a large kitchen with a wood oven, a beautiful dining room that seats 16 people with a round small swimming pool beside. There is a large bar with a karaoke lounge, also a billiard table, full size bar fridge, and pizza kitchen with oven in the bar. 3 bedrooms have aircon and rest are fan rooms. We have a half court basketball. There are 4000 watts of solar panels and a 48v 100ah battery backup power system.
