How much is the possible income of each unit in Hotel 101?
The possible income of each unit every month would depend on the occupancy rate of the hotel. However, given the location and the management skills of Hotel 101 management, we are setting the expectations for each unit owner to receive an income of between Php 20,000 to Php 50,000 per month for each of their units regardless if the unit is being used or not.

— UNIT OWNER share is 30 % of GROSS ROOM REVENUE excluding taxes

All unit owners of the Hotel 101 branch (e.g Hotel 101 - Japan has 482 unit owners) will equally divide the profit.

— HOTEL 101 MANAGEMENT CORP. share is 70 % of GROSS ROOM REVENUE excluding taxes

The Hotel 101 management share will shoulder the ff expenses:
• UNIT RENOVATION
• HOTEL OPERATING EXPENSES
• UNIT REPAIRS
• MAINTENANCE

By shouldering all the necessary expenses, we the Hotel 101 Management took all the responsibility for unprecedented loss and by showcasing our expertise in managing the hotel, with this we are being accountable as well for all our decision since we are the ones whose profit will get affected if incase we mismanage the hotel because all the expenses will be deducted in our share.
