GUIDELINES:

3. Reservation Locations:
Reservations must be made at any Gold Showrooms (across NAIA Terminal 1 or MOA) with both the buyer and seller present.
Note: The Gold Towers Residential-Offices Showroom is at MOA North Showroom, but you can finalize your reservation at MOA South Showroom.
4. For Buyers Outside NCR: An authorized representative may accompany the seller on your behalf (please provide a signed authorization letter, the principal buyer’s valid ID, and the representative’s valid ID).
5. For Buyers Abroad: Reservation fee payments must be made through our international payment channels.
6. Exclusions: This promo is not applicable to SERP.
7. Submission Deadlines: All documents shall be submitted to PD Booking Team until November 4, 2024 (6:00 PM).
