Stay at Grand Emerald Tower condo apartment of area 26 square metre or 280 square feet near Ortigas mrt train station,in Business +shopping district NEAR SUPER GIANT SM MEGA MALL SHOPPING AND ROBINSONS GALLERIA SHOPPING MALL AND MAKATI NIGHT LIFE and

with swimming pool,gymn,aircon,fridge,oven,hot shower,cooking utensils,ironing board,double deck bed.
RENT PER MONTH : 15000 PESOS PER MONTH .

ASSOCIATION FEES (OR ESTATE MANAGEMENT FEES ): 1800 PESOS PER MONTH
WATER COST: 600 PESOS PER MONTH if only 1 tenant.

If more than 1 tenant, then water cost per month will be higher

ELECTRICITY WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY BASED ON ELECTRICITY ENERGY METER WHICH U WILL READ WHEN YOU CHECK IN TO THE APARTMENT AND U WILL TAKE THE METER READING yourself EVERY 1 MONTH AND THE COST OF ELECTRICITY IS TO BE PAID.

INTERNET AND CABLE TV SERVICES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED,
SO U NEED TO USE YOUR OWN Internet ,
and u can fix up your own internet equipment in the condo apartment ,
if u want to .

Total cost of stay per month: ( Rent +Association fees +Water fees ) per month.

Electricity cost is charged separately + based on electric meter reading, which u yourself will read each month , from electric meter .

Security Deposit needed to be paid BEFORE move in date to confirm stay: 18000 pesos (refundable on move out date ).

On move in date, u need to pay advanced 1 month cost of stay to cover for the cost, for the final last month of stay .

On move in date , u need to pay the 1 month cost of stay for 1st month of stay .

Electricity deposit: 4000 pesos to be paid on move in date and this will be refunded back to u on move out date.

Length of stay must be 1 year or longer.

Move in date must be less than 1 month from now,
as I am NOT WILLING to wait a few months for your move in.

It has easy access to malls (Robinson's Galleria, Podium, SM Megamall, St. Francis Square, Shangri-La Plaza), schools (La Salle Greenhills, Xavier, ICA, Poveda, University of Asia & the Pacific), hospitals, churches, banks, restaurants, hotels and other places of interest.

Near Robinson's Galleria, The Podium, SM Megamall, Shangri-la Plaza, Asian Development Bank, Jollibee Plaza, Discovery Center, St. Francis Square, Metrowalk, The EDSA Shrine, Crowne Plaza, Meralco.
