For people who does not have check, please open one with your local bank. Release of checks from the bank might take 3 weeks but we can wait so long as there is proof of application of checks.

Payments like electricity, water, cable and internet are not included in the rent.

For internet connection, you need to subscribe on your own. Options include PLDT, Globe, Skycable or prepaid wifi like Smart Home Prepaid Wifi and Globe at Home Prepaid Wifi
