VIEWING PROTOCOL 
1. Strictly by appointment only. Please book at least one day ahead.
2. Maximum of 2 persons to view the specific unit. Transferring to
    or viewing to another unit not specified/ booked shall not be allowed.
3. Maximum of 30 mins. Per viewing only.
4. Face mask/face shield must be worn properly during the viewing.
5. Prospect clients must submit to temperature check and hand sanitation before
     entry.
6. Proper physical distancing must be observed.

REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO MOVE-IN
1. Signed Lease Proposal
2. Filled up Application Form
3. Signed  Lease Agreement
4. Paid Advance Rental and Security Deposit
5. Medical ‘ Health Certificate as proof for COVID free
6. 2 Valid ID’s including TIN and Passport / Visa for foreign tenant.
